Seems that macarons are all the rage this year. I have been looking for some for months. Seems that not just any baker or bakery is willing to take these on. I finally found some for sale at the Farmer's Market in Harbor Springs. Three varieties were offered, lavender, orange marmalade and smores so of course I had to sample each. All were excellent with the smores flavor being my favorite.
